Kitchen: Banana cake.

So, making a cake isn’t especially hard, but I had a spare hour or so today and an old banana in the freezer. Being weeks behind on my blog goals that totally equals: Baking day! So this one is kind of a kitchen invention, off basic kitchen principles, and it starts with my big blue mixing bowl and 1 1/2 cups of self raising flour, then 3/4 cup of coconut, cos I love coconut!

I had some white chocolate bits in he pantry, so I busted them up and there in too, and what’s a cake without sugar.

Wouldn’t be a banana cake without a banana, and you need eggs to bind it together.  Seem to put a dash of vanilla in everything… so there’s that too.

Stir it all together with a bit of milk, then chuck it in a greased cake tin and into the oven.

and after 45 minutes, we have cake 🐱
